Our Policy
We stand behind our quality. If you aren't fully satisfied, you can request a refund, replacement, or credit within 14 days of delivery.

The Details: Items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of the shipping date. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Restocking: A 20% restocking fee applies to standard returns where no shipping or merchandising error occurred.

Condition: To be eligible, products must be in "like-new" condition—unused, uninstalled (no cut wires), and in original, resalable packaging.

Clearance: Items marked as Clearance are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If we missed the mark or your light arrived damaged, we’ll cover everything—including shipping—to get a replacement or full refund to you. Please report these claims within 14 days and keep all original packaging for inspection.
